Hello All,

Wanted to formalize some of the conversation that was had this AM. Thanks for your help. I am short-staffed as one of my trainers just gave her notice as she is moving. My 14 hour days just got busier so your help is appreciated.

Kenny:

• Will speak with Rick Johnson, I faxed him the letter and invoice today.
• Will speak with Natasha re: East Cambridge Savings Bank. I have emailed the letter and invoice to Susan LaPier at the Corp Office (617.551.2350)

Bill:

• Will take the lead on rotary prizes to give out at the event

Betsy:

• Will make a flyer. Betsy, should we wait a few weeks until the sponsors are finalized as we need to put them on the flyer? Please coordinate the flyer generation with Joe Connelly @ JConnelly@town.arlington.ma.us as he was going to make a flyer, too. Betsy will coordinate printing the flyer with Joe Connelly and Stacey (ARL Rotarian).

Dave:

• Will help calling existing sponsor leads who have received info. Dave, another email to follow with specifics.

Mike (Me):

• Will continue to solicit sponsorship from both potential new sponsors and previous ones and will Update www.ArlingtonRoadRace.com as needed.
