Minutes

Sign up sheet for Memorial Day and Flag Day: Flag sales at Johnnies Supermarket. Everyone who will be around and can spare an hour would be appreciated if you would sign up for an hour on either day, Saturday 5/31 or Saturday 6/14. Eight people would cover it very well and I'll put your picture in the Bulletin

Progress report: on Paul Harris Dinner, Flyers distributed at Town Meeting and posted around Town and on websites

Road Race: 14 sponsors signed up possibly 2 or 3 more expected.

Town Day September 20th: we will have a booth, we will need separate staff for the booth on Saturday, we need all the help we can get Friday evening, so if you can't make it Friday evening at Spy Pond Field to sell Hot Dogs at the B&G Club, check with Maryellen about spending a couple of hours at Town Day on Saturday

RYLA: 85 Juniors will attend this year 14 Seniors will return as staff and 14 Rotarians will supervise.
