Perrier, like the water

and on fire about making connections in today's high tech world.

I learned all sorts of neat things from Bill Perrier's presentation on lasting and meaningful building relationships in today's sales environment. I think we all got something a little different from his ideas- I got a glimpse into the business relationship break-up. Tell me what you learned and I'll post it!
